I'm originally from New Orleans, Louisiana but I have been living in the Houston area for the past two years. My love for education is the reason I moved to Texas to pursue a master's degree in Educational Technology at Texas State University. I'm also a local high school teacher.

My name is Stacy Wood, I'm a wife, mother, and real estate advisor, specializing in relocations for the greater Houston areas. Since the 90's my husband and I have been buying, selling, flipping, and building homes. Kay has been actively selling real estate in Houston for over 38 years. Upon graduating high school she followed in her families footsteps and attended/graduated from the University of Mississippi,with a BBA in Marketing. Shortly thereafter she pursued her love for real estate and obtained her license while studying and interning in college. Kay moved to Houston and became one of the youngest real estate brokers at the age of 22 in 1982. During the oil bust in 1986, Kay started her first company that specialized in lender-owned properties.
In 1992 she joined the global company, RE/MAX as an associate broker. Kay has a referral-heavy client base, noting that her longevity in the industry has bolstered her reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Over the years, she has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS), and is currently working towards her Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) with the Realtors Land Institute. She added a new dimension of her business in 2016, country homes and ranch sales in the Bellville, Brenham areas when she moved from the city to the country.
Kay is a longtime member of the RE/MAX 100% club, RE/MAX Plantinum Club and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is a member of HAR and has a 4.92-star rating on the 5-star HAR,and has been praised for her attentiveness,enthusiasm,knowledge and hard work in making a smooth transaction for her clients.

Monica grew up in the town of Huntsville and has lived most of her life in the Conroe/Woodlands area. She worked in the dental field as a dental assistant for many years, so has always been in a field that required compassion and care. Several years ago, she decided that she wanted to go after her dream job of being a realtor and did so. She has a true passion for her career and always puts her clients' needs first. Kaysie Smashey is a proud Texan! She grew up in El Paso and attended college at the University of Texas. She began her real estate career in San Angelo and then moved to Houston, saving the best for last! Kaysie graduated with University Honors with a degree in Marketing from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. She was recruited and competed on the UT women tennis team for four years, earning Academic All-American status and multiple All-Big 12 Conference First Team Awards. Following college, she continued playing on the professional tour and eventually worked as a head tennis professional. Midst this excitement, Kaysie discovered her love for real estate, investing and renovating several homes while helping others find their first and/or forever home. Since 2006, she earned the respect and trust of her clients, always displaying integrity and grit for her people. In her free time, you can find her playing tennis, golfing, or looking for Mr. Right. (or spending time with her five nieces and nephew).
