A native Houstonian, Lisa Swanson graduated from Duchesne Academy in 2000. She then attended Texas A&M where she was a member of the F.I.R.E club (Finance, Insurance and Real EstateSecretary 2002-2003) and Delta Zeta. During this time she became interested in Real Estate when she took her first job at Coldwell Banker United Realtors. Since then, she has gained extensive experience working with top producers in the Memorial market since 2006, majority of those years with Lucille Fendley.

Lisa's goal as a Realtor® is to make each transaction a pleasure through positive and productive professionalism. She realizes buying or selling a home is an important financial transaction and that it is an emotional and personal experience so she does her best to listen well and understand the emotions and individual needs of her clients.     In college, Brooke was on the dean's list and graduated with a degree in human resource development from Texas A&M University. "It took self-discipline and good time-management skills to maintain outstanding grades, and those skills continue to help me build my career," she notes. As a competitive runner on the A&M track and cross country team, Brooke learned to balance her competitive nature to be an outstanding team player.

    Over the past few years, Brooke has supported a number of community organizations and is an active volunteer for several animal rescue groups. "My husband and I have two dogs, one of which is a rescue," Brooke explains. Her leisure activities include spending time with friends and family, traveling with her husband, working out, and running.
