Lea came to Houston from Prague, Czech Republic in 2013.

Soon after her and her family settled in H-town, she turned all her focus on ever fascinating world of real estate.

She is a dedicated and passionate agent who offers red-carpet service to all of her clients. The years of experience help her clients get the best deals. It is her personal goal to educate them so they can make the most informed decisions. She will share her knowledge about the neighborhoods, condition of the home, potential remakes including budgets or designer tips.

Patricia Erfurdt delivers a high level of professionalism and integrity to each of her clients. The Erfurdt family has resided in Houston for over 25 years and enjoys the Hill Country as well. While Patricia's greatest passion is her family, she also gives back to her community. Patricia volunteers with animal rescue programs to advocate and care for homeless dogs and cats, and she personally conducts a pet food drive each spring to collect needed supplies for the animals. Following her love of nature, Patricia also volunteers with the Houston Audubon Society.
