I am a proud Texan transplant, moving from Louisiana in 2000. I quickly fell in love with EVERYTHING TEXAS!! After being in The Woodlands for many years, as well as several other communities, I have come to enjoy all that Houston has to offer! I felt that I was a natural fit instantly for the industry when a Homebuilder offered me a Hostess position after purchasing a home from them. Monique Davis Dotson is a Christian, mother of 4 amazing kids, a certified yoga instructor and owner of YogaGirl Fitness, published author, podcast host, life coach and motivational speaker. She has a BA(Psychology) from the University of South Florida. Monique has a positive spirit and passion for helping people. She is known for her genuine ability to connect with others and it is one of the reasons she became a real estate agent. As a homeowner and mother, she knows there is nothing more important than finding a special place for your family to call home. As a mother of college students, she understands the importance of finding rental properties that provide a safe environment. As a former professional athlete's wife, she understands the challenges of relocating to a new city and finding a community that supports your needs. Shannon Lester, of the award-winning Lester | Warren Team, has a passion for real estate that dates back as her junior high school years when she loved to accompany her mother touring open houses, and that enthusiasm hasn't diminished one bit. In fact, she has been recognized as a Company-wide Top Producer every year since 2011 both individually and for her team.

She finds that her own home is her most cherished place, and it is this sentiment that inspires her to find the perfect home for others. Shannon has a very outgoing personality and positive attitude, and contends that she can get along with a diverse range of clients and customers – assets that have served her well in her long career in sales, advertising and special event coordination.

Her years of experience include managing and training a large staff during which she developed impressive skills in organization and budgeting. But, above all, she loves to sell. Shannon grew up in the Memorial area of Houston and graduated from Texas Tech University, where she earned a BA in Journalism and Public Relations. She knows the city well and enjoys selling where she grew up, in addition to the Northwest area where she currently lives.

She and her husband, Mark, have two grown children of whom they are very proud, and love doting on their granddaughter. Shannon was particularly gratified when her daughter, Claire Warren, decided to join her in the practice of real estate and form the top-producing Lester | Warren Team.

Having been transferred numerous times, Anne can relate firsthand to relocating.

In her free time, she spends time with her family including young son Jackson, she enjoys indoor cycling, cooking, and wine. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics and a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
