After beginning her career as a speech pathologist, Shannon decided to combine her love of working with people and passion for residential real estate to pursue a career as a real estate agent. Shannon is an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and uses this enthusiasm to help her clients achieve their real estate needs. Shannon is a native Houstonian. She holds a bachelor's degree in speech pathology from the University of Texas and a master's in speech pathology from Texas Women's University. Shannon currently resides in the Memorial Villages with her husband and two children. Over the last 20 years in Houston, she has lived in Memorial, Spring Branch and the Heights, remodeling several houses throughout that time. She is actively involved at Bunker Hill Elementary where her two children attend school. In her free time, Shannon enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Jackson Routt moved to the Memorial area of Houston at an early age. He attended Spring Branch ISD schools, including Bunker Hill Elementary, Frostwood, Memorial Middle School and graduated from Memorial High School. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Houston Clear Lake. His career in Project Management of large industrial projects has taken him all over North America. Detailed knowledge of corporate contracts, contractors, business and especially people skills has prepared him to be successful in the world of real estate.In the years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Jackson and his Realtor wife, Christine, have bought and sold 14 properties.
