Jackson Routt moved to the Memorial area of Houston at an early age. He attended Spring Branch ISD schools, including Bunker Hill Elementary, Frostwood, Memorial Middle School and graduated from Memorial High School. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Houston Clear Lake. His career in Project Management of large industrial projects has taken him all over North America. Detailed knowledge of corporate contracts, contractors, business and especially people skills has prepared him to be successful in the world of real estate.In the years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Jackson and his Realtor wife, Christine, have bought and sold 14 properties. He has a comprehensive understanding of moves and supports buyers and sellers with that knowledge. The son of a Memorial Area realtor, Jackson, has expert knowledge of the area and the latest trends. After graduating from LSU, she moved to Houston where she has spent 30 years investing in this community. Beth previously taught Special Education at Frostwood Elementary and has four children who have attended various SBISD schools, so she is well versed in the unique qualities of each neighborhood and their associated school benefits. Beth is also a seasoned volunteer, a lifetime PTA member, and an active member at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. What started out as an obsession of walking open houses on Sundays, has now turned into a 15 year career! Since getting my license in 2006, I have worked in many different facets of real estate that include working with land developers, homebuilders, and most importantly helping my closest friends and family find their home. I have a genuine passion for helping others find the right place they can make a home. As a mother of two girls, I know firsthand the importance of finding the right place where a family can build a community. I have lived in Houston for over 20 years and currently reside in the Memorial area. I grew up in Northwest Houston and was the oldest of three girls and a state champion tennis player (always have to throw that in there). I attended Baylor University where I met my husband, Jerry Gronauer, Jr. Some of our favorite activities are days spent with our girls, cheering on the Baylor Bears (Sic'Em!) and visiting our favorite place, Watercolor, Florida. Most of the time, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up something good! I am a native Cajun, but I come from a big Lebanese family where food is very important, and we are always planning our next meal! Above all else, I believe I am a hard worker. I genuinely love what I do and strive to make the home buying or selling process smooth and enjoyable for my clients.
