Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2004, Shelley enjoyed a career in Marketing and Public Relations. She graduated from the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in Interior Planning and the University of Houston with a BBA in Management. Since obtaining her real estate license, she has also earned designations as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), as a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Second and Resort Property Specialist (SRPS).

A fifth-generation Houstonian, Patricia Rotan has extensive knowledge of, and insight into, the Houston market. After graduating from Memorial High School, Patricia attended The University of Texas at Austin where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. After graduating in 2017, Patricia returned to Houston where she was the lead assistant for a respected, top-producing agent for three years. In 2020, Patricia went out on her own as an independent agent.
