After graduating from Memorial High School, Mark attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, earning a BBA in Small Business Management. After graduating, he returned to Houston where he managed his family's retail business. Mark has always had a passion for real estate and for providing great service. Tony began his business career in the construction development industry where he oversaw major aspects of operations, particularly production and contract execution. He later became the C.O.O of his family's development company while finishing his higher education in International Affairs. After moving to New York, he worked as an independent broker in financial services for Mass Mutual. Tony moved to Pittsburgh and joined the University of Pittsburgh as an adjunct professor.

Ultimately relocating to Houston, Tony joined Martha Turner SOTHEBY'S International Realty as a Realtor Associate until March 2016. Now Tony is an independent real estate specialist, and Private Luxury Portfolio Executive. He utilizes his extensive professional background, as well as his thorough grasp of social, cultural diversity, and multi lingual skills, to construct a unique and well-rounded real estate experience for his clients.

What started out as an obsession of walking open houses on Sundays, has now turned into a 15 year career! Since getting my license in 2006, I have worked in many different facets of real estate that include working with land developers, homebuilders, and most importantly helping my closest friends and family find their home. As a mother of two girls, I know firsthand the importance of finding the right place where a family can build a community. I have lived in Houston for over 20 years and currently reside in the Memorial area. I grew up in Northwest Houston and was the oldest of three girls and a state champion tennis player (always have to throw that in there). I attended Baylor University where I met my husband, Jerry Gronauer, Jr. Some of our favorite activities are days spent with our girls, cheering on the Baylor Bears (Sic'Em!) and visiting our favorite place, Watercolor, Florida. Most of the time, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up something good! I am a native Cajun, but I come from a big Lebanese family where food is very important, and we are always planning our next meal! Above all else, I believe I am a hard worker. I genuinely love what I do and strive to make the home buying or selling process smooth and enjoyable for my clients.
