Shannon grew up in the Memorial area of Houston and graduated from Texas Tech University, where she earned a BA in Journalism and Public Relations. She knows the city well and enjoys selling where she grew up, in addition to the Northwest area where she currently lives.

She and her husband, Mark, have two grown children of whom they are very proud, and love doting on their granddaughter. Shannon was particularly gratified when her daughter, Claire Warren, decided to join her in the practice of real estate and form the top-producing Lester | Warren Team.

Hello, I'm Michael Reyes, a Houston native. I hold a honors bachelor's degree in accounting and another one in real estate finance from the University of Houston. Currently, I am working towards obtaining a Texas certified public accountant license (CPA). I come from three generations of resilient female business owners. Who encouraged me to pursue my education first, so heeding their wisdom I obtained a Associate's Degree in Business Management/Entrepreneur from Delgado Community College, New Orleans, LA. But in 2019, I relocated to Houston, Texas to better care for my mother which was an honor. Needless to say I fell in love with Houston and decided to call it home.
