I've been licensed since 2003 and am the Team Leader of the KW Memorial office in Houston and am a licensed broker in TX, NC and SC. On the commercial real estate side of things I sell RV Parks in those states. We lived in Houston from 2012 until 2015 and we couldn't wait to return and now call Houston home.

Brenda Persons Crenshaw has a diverse background in real estate. She holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance, Licensed Real Estate Agent, and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. . Brenda is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and Commercial Real Estate Women. She is also active in NAIOP, ULI and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Kelly has lived in the Houston area for most of her life. Kelly moved to Austin, TX to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at The University of Texas. Kelly is an avid reader and a forever student who loves to learn. She has been fortunate to have a successful sales career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry serving Texas Medical Center, the world's largest medical center. Kelly also has experience in the energy industry specializing in contract negotiations throughout the United States. Kelly's business acumen, coupled with her enhanced communication skills has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the clients' listings. In addition, Kelly's clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Kelly currently resides in Houston, with her three teenagers and spouse, Mike Gallagher. She enjoys spending time outdoors, walking her dogs, and traveling. Kelly proudly volunteers at Lamar High School and supports several nonprofit organizations, focused on the welfare of animals.

While in the moving industry, Fred’s background in accounting, analytical approach, strong work ethic, and reliable nature rewarded him with a greater than 50-percent referral record. As a Realtor, he maintains an equally impressive repeat and referral business from satisfied clients.

Having completed over 400 successful residential and commercial real estate transactions, Fred and his wife, Cinda, have worked together as a top-producing real estate team since 1998 and are members of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence. "We like the opportunity to be of service to our clients as they make one of their most important decisions – purchasing or selling a home or a commercial property," says Fred. "It places us in a position of extreme trust, much the same as the household moving business. We're repositioning people in a critical period of their lives."

Formerly from Victoria, Texas, Fred moved to Houston in 1989. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the University of Houston.

Fred supports various civic and fraternal organizations including the Victoria Masonic Lodge, the Art League of Houston, Phi Delta Theta Alumni, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Fred and Cinda have two married daughters and four granddaughters and are very involved in their activities.
