Sandiya Venturato brings 18 years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker United. Originally from the Southeast Asian island of Sri Lanka, she also brings with her a rich cultural diversity and experience that spans living in several big cities and a working-knowledge of multiple corporate industries.

With a degree in business, Sandiya has worked both in the Medical Industry, as an assistant to a leading orthopedic surgeon and for 11 years in global sales and purchasing in the Oil and Gas sector of Houston. Each of her experiences led to a unique and in-depth knowledge of Houston's core markets. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and is well versed in the relocation process with a client list of many internationals. PERSONAL INFORMATION

My other passion is competitive gymnastics. I have been coaching competitive women's gymnastics for over 12 years. The lessons I have learned through this sport have carried me far in life and my career. I believe there is no substitution for hard work, commitment and determination.

I graduated from the High School for Engineering Professions from Booker T. Washington High School of Houston, TX, 2000 and received my Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Houston.

Susan Magee strives for excellence as she focuses on the importance of providing her clients undivided attention regarding all things real estate. Her previous experience in human resources resonates constantly as she forges lasting relationships with her buyers and sellers. For 10 years Susan was immersed in early childhood education which sharpened her relationship skills and cemented the love she has for people. A native Houstonian, Susan grew up in the Memorial/Tanglewood area. She is more than familiar with these areas and prides herself in staying current with ever-changing trends in these neighborhoods. She is married and mother to two daughters. One is a student at St. Agnes and the other is at the University of Oklahoma.
