As a Native Houstonian, Ryan is familiar with many of the areas in and around the city. He specializes in West Houston, but he works from the shorelines of Lake Conroe down to Galveston, and from Katy to Clear Lake. No home is too big or too small. He has expansive knowledge and experience in single-family, townhome, mid/high-rise condo and commercial transactions.

Ryan resides in West Houston with his wife and daughter. When not spending time with his family, he is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He recalls, My father taught me how to fish when I was 5 years old, and I have been hooked ever since. He also loves to travel, cook and golf. He has been a member of St. John Vianney Church for over 30 years and Club Westside. Also, he is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Citizen's for Animal Protection and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Susie has spent her entire adult life enjoying all that Houston has to offer. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a business degree, she began her life in Houston. For several years she lived in The Heights and then moved into her current home in the Memorial area. The time spent raising her two daughters and making memories in her home of the last 28 years has shown her how important it is to find your 'Home Sweet Home'. As a Realtor, she loves finding that special place that her Clients can call 'Home'. Before entering the real estate business, Susie spent her career working in the areas of investment banking, secured lending, and most recently she worked in the business office for a private international boarding school.
