Marian brings a wealth of experience in remodeling and staging properties. She honed these skills while helping her husband, who is a builder and a real estate investor in Houston. As she became more involved with many of his properties and projects, Marian decided to become licensed as a Realtor, and is now focused on helping her clients buy and sell investment properties. Marian greatly enjoys being involved with her children's school activities in fund raising and volunteering. Marian and her husband have three boys, and she enjoys spending quality time with her family. She specializes in assisting clients who are relocating to Houston. I am a Houston resident who lives here for almost 20 years. I graduated from University of Houston with a bachelor degree in Accounting in 2010. Prior to real estate I worked in an oil and gas company as a corporate accountant for over 7 years. With a passion for real estate, I have decided to take a big change in life and shifted careers. Previous to a career in real estate, I had a long career working in distribution with a fortune 500 corporation. I retired from my corporate position to join forces with my wife Michelle as a top producing real estate team. The majority of our business stems from past clients and referrals.
