Laura Lee hails from Uvalde near Garner State Park in West Texas. She attended Uvalde High School and earned a degree in finance from Texas A&M University. A Houston resident for more than 20 years, Laura Lee entered residential real estate sales after working as a property adjuster for insurance giants USAA and Aetna. Her skills in evaluating residential construction, renovation and remodeling, combined with an inviting personality, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills, give Laura Lee the tools to guide buyers and sellers through the challenges of Houston's home market.

Community service is important to Laura Lee and she is actively involved in a number of organizations. Her current commitments include the Houston Alumnae Association of Delta Delta Delta "The SALE" which raises money to find a cure for childhood cancer, Strake Jesuit Mothers Club, BEAR (BE A Resource for CPS Kids), Houston Aggie Medical Society (HAMS), Texas A&M Association of Former Students, St. Cecilia Catholic School and church, St. Agnes Academy former Board of Directors, and sustaining member of the Junior League of Houston.

Laura Lee's three children range in age from an Internal Medicine resident in San Diego, to a film maker based in Paris, to a freshman at Strake Jesuit. She has a beloved Labrador retriever and rescue cat. Laura Lee loves traveling, the outdoors, doubles tennis, kayaking, skeet shooting and fly fishing.
