Prior to his entry into real estate, Mr. Kurmadas was a leader within the temporary and permanent physician staffing industry since 1995, serving as a trusted advisor to countless hospitals, clinics, state & federal institutions nationally. He was the founding President of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) in 2000 and has spoken to graduating classes of various medical programs including Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center & the Interservice Physician Assistant Program sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Department and U.S. Army Health Readiness Center of Excellence. In 2017, he sold his company to a burgeoning healthcare firm in Nashville, expanding his industry-changing business model on a larger scale.

Cat Blevins is an experienced agent, serving the Houston area market. After earning a degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of South Alabama, she received her real estate license. When not hanging out with her girls, you can find Holly sampling sushi throughout the city, in yoga class, playing pickle ball, or walking Memorial Park. Holly is also passionate about volunteering for Elijah Rising, a local non-profit that combats trafficking in and around the Houston area.
