Originally from the Southeast Asian island of Sri Lanka, she also brings with her a rich cultural diversity and experience that spans living in several big cities and a working-knowledge of multiple corporate industries.

With a degree in business, Sandiya has worked both in the Medical Industry, as an assistant to a leading orthopedic surgeon and for 11 years in global sales and purchasing in the Oil and Gas sector of Houston. Each of her experiences led to a unique and in-depth knowledge of Houston's core markets.
