Polina graduated with a B.S in pre-med Biology after moving to the US at the age of 16. She continued her education and earned a master's degree in business, MBA. She was born in Europe and is a world traveler but she often jokes that she got to Texas as fast as she possibly could. It is the people and southern hospitality that she appreciates the most about living in the Lone Star State.
