Jessica DeMuth had been in the Oil & Gas industry for over ten years when she decided to pick up real estate part-time. It didn't take long for her to realize the real estate industry is where her passion lies. She transitioned to a full time realtor in 2018 and has been helping people find their dream home ever since. Her experience in the Oil & Gas industry has made her a pro at meeting tight deadlines and having an impeccable sense of organization and drive.

Janice Ratliff is proud to be a native Houstonian and truly believes Houston is a phenomenal place to call home. After working for an independent developer for several years she decided to embark on a career in real estate. That was 1988! She's never looked back!

Janice and Ron have been residents of Cinco Ranch for the last 28 years and have been giving back to the community in many ways. They are the local Santa and Mrs. Claus for over 34 years and have held many fundraisers benefiting the homeless children of our city.



Janice is a Master Scuba Diver and has spent many years as an underwater photographer. She and Ron have traveled all over the world escaping to the wonderful exotic destinations to spend their entire week underwater. I cannot imagine a better way to regenerate my personal battery so I can get back to work with a fresh face on life! Nothing can scare me..... I dive with the sharks!
