A little about me- I've been married to my love since 2015, who also used to be my next door neighbor. We met, fell in love, got married, sold one of our houses and now have two, energetic daughters and a fun, loving malti-poo. Life is crazy fun! I spent nearly 15 years in the Oil and Gas Industry in Business Development, building my skills in communication and in working with all kinds of people from different backgrounds. I loved what I did, but real estate has opened the door to something I was missing- to have the chance to help people get something that greatly impacts their lives and their families. I love what I do and look forward to helping and serving you!

Ray began his legendary real estate career in the early 1980s buying, selling, and managing property with his family and some friends. Originally from Beaumont, Texas, Ray grew up in the Bahamas and arrived in Houston after graduating from the prestigious Texas A&M University. Through the years he has worked in all facets of commercial and residential real estate.



In the early 1990s he opened his namesake, Ray Allison, Realtors® in the Montrose area of Houston, Texas. In 2003, Ray joined forces with a longtime good friend, Mike Spear, another highly successful Houston Realtor®. Together they established AllisonSpear.com, Realtors® on Kirby Drive in the River Oaks area of Houston, which was bought out by Prudential Gary Greene Realtors® in the mid 2000s. After managing the Inner Loop office for several years, in late 2000s, the Partners of Gary Greene asked Ray to head up their new Commercial Real Estate Division which he has done until recently. 2024 Has seen Ray come back to his namesake Ray Allison, Realtors®

Ray enjoys commercial landlord and tenant representation work and has relocated most of the 20+ Gary Greene offices. He is also involved in direct sales, and the managing of a brokerage firm - a couple of offices with 100+ agents. He can assist with all facets of commercial real estate and even with a referral to the perfect residential agent.



Ray is personable, humorous, and approachable. And his enthusiasm, dedication and integrity are invaluable assets in his work. Additionally, Ray has been very active in supporting numerous community charitable endeavors and sponsoring numerous athletic events in Houston. He has been Board Chair of the Downtown YMCA and President of the Plumeria Society of America. In his private time, he enjoys cooking, is an active gardener, runs and bikes on the bayou, and driving his antique vehicles.

A lifelong Houstonian, Jacqui has lived in various parts of Houston and currently resides in Hunters Creek Village. She has practiced real estate for over 9 years with extensive knowledge of Houston neighborhoods including: inside the loop, West University, Tanglewood, and Memorial. She started her real estate career as Rookie of the Year at Greenwood King Properties and was a consistent top producer there. She joined Compass Real Estate in 2019! She attended Memorial Drive and Hunters Creek elementary schools and then completed middle and upper school at St. John's School. Jacqui holds a BS degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a MBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.

Jacqui brings over a decade of management consulting experience from BearingPoint and Deloitte Consulting. Her strong client oriented demeanor allowed her to work closely with high level executives of Fortune 500 companies, where her vibrant personality, analytical and negotiation skills all parlayed into a fantastic career. She brings that strong commitment to exemplary customer service and attention to detail to her real estate career.

As a side career, Jacqui performs stand up comedy in national showcases including the: Hollywood Improv, Gotham Comedy Club in NYC, and the DC Improv to name a few. Her perspective, humor and communication skills make her an absolutely wonderful partner for her clients.

Her clients repeatedly comment that they view her not only as an advisor, but also as a friend. She loves to connect people with similar interests and to help newly relocated residents adjust to life in the city we love.

Jacqui and her husband, Reagan have three kids at The Kinkaid School. Jacqui is very active in both St. John's School, the Kinkaid School Parent Association and Cornell University alumni organizations. She is passionate about helping her clients find the real estate that suits their needs be it a ranch style home in Briargrove, a Southampton bungalow, a large home in Piney Point, or a weekend retreat with hilltop views in Roundtop, Texas.
