Michelle Koskie was born in Grand Island, Nebraska. She spent five years of her childhood in Hawaii and the remainder of her youth in Loveland, Colorado. Her academic pursuits took her to Wheaton College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Northwestern University Physical Therapy School in Chicago where she attained a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

During her years as a Physical Therapist, Michelle honed her skills of being detail oriented and demonstrating compassion at all levels. She learned to listen very carefully to her client's needs as well their families. She quickly learned the value of transferring these skills to the world of real estate. Her love of learning coupled with trustworthiness and a tremendous work ethic, have afforded this consummate professional great success as a realtor.

Michelle's husband's career in the energy business precipitated several relocations for her family. During this time, she learned firsthand how challenging it can be to find the right house, the right neighborhood and the right schools. As she navigates her buyers through the process of purchasing a home, she is keenly aware of the importance of meeting the needs of differing families. She stays abreast of all current market trends in Houston's premier neighborhoods so she can be an encyclopedia of knowledge for both her buyers and sellers. Volunteering and giving back to the community are second nature to Michelle. She has always volunteered in her children's classrooms, team sports and church activities. She has served on the Board of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and with her husband, served as Fund-a-Cure Chairs, and Promise Ball Chairs raising 1.5 million dollars towards diabetes research.

Originally hailing from Oklahoma, I've made Texas my home for two decades. My journey in customer service and sales paved the way to a fulfilling career in real estate. With the esteemed Coldwell Banker brand at my side, I am dedicated to empowering agents to expand and enhance their real estate ventures. In my role as Branch Manager at the Memorial office, I offer guidance and support to agents of all experience levels. My previous position as Education Manager allowed me to educate agents across Texas on industry best practices and the effective use of Coldwell Banker's robust tools to boost their success. I started my real estate journey as a single family and small multifamily investor. After managing a small portfolio of properties I recognized my passion for helping others with their search for their home and becoming a Realtor was a natural step as I would be able to Double down on my passion for helping others find their dream homes.

Cynthia Sanchez, born and raised in South Texas, as of 10 years ago relocated to Houston. At a young age she learned to work hard and maintains the same motivation and high energy as a passionate entrepreneur.
