Brenda Persons Crenshaw has a diverse background in real estate. She holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance, Licensed Real Estate Agent, and Licensed Real Estate Appraiser. . Brenda is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and Commercial Real Estate Women. She is also active in NAIOP, ULI and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

I have dedicated many years to progressing my own experience and expertise in the Texas Real Estate market. In addition to my designation as a Licensed Texas Realtor for the traditional buying and selling of real estate, I specialize in resolving complex client needs and connecting investors to and through the buying process. As a proud Native American and First-Generation daughter of a Venezuelan immigrant, I am blessed to have called Houston home for 25 years. I am passionate about providing solutions for sellers, buyers and investors looking for financing and/or real estate opportunities in Texas.

She stays abreast of fast-paced changes in neighborhoods, design and construction trends, and her clients' needs for housing. She keeps clients' needs at the forefront and always tries to be helpful.

Sharyn believes that community involvement is necessary for all communities to be great places to live and she stays actively involved in her own. She is a member and past president of the Memorial Forest Women's Club; a member and past member of the Memorial Forest Club Board; a past president and board member of the Memorial Forest Civic Club, Inc.; a member and volunteer at St. Martin's Episcopal Church; and a PTA member and volunteer at Frostwood Elementary, Memorial Middle, and Memorial High schools.

Sharyn is a native Houstonian and very familiar with many neighborhoods across Houston. She graduated from Cypress Creek High School and earned a BBA-marketing from the University of Texas. Her cherished leisure time is spent gardening, playing tennis, decorating, enjoying a movie night with her family, or reading the latest best-selling thriller.
