He was the founding President of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO) in 2000 and has spoken to graduating classes of various medical programs including Baylor College of Medicine, University of Texas Medical Branch, Texas Tech Health Sciences Center & the Interservice Physician Assistant Program sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Department and U.S. Army Health Readiness Center of Excellence. In 2017, he sold his company to a burgeoning healthcare firm in Nashville, expanding his industry-changing business model on a larger scale.
