After a year of learning the city and the market as a wholesaler, he moved into the investment side. Over the next 3 years, he and his business partner Oliver primarily focused on flipping luxury homes in The Woodlands, Heights, and Memorial. During that time, they formed Connected Realty, and in 2015, made the transition to full-time brokerage. They have since made building and leading a team of agents, in both Houston and Austin, their primary focus!
Personal: Anderson was born and raised in the West Houston area and returned here after attending Texas A&M University. He and his wife Sarah have been married 6 years and have two daughters, Elyia and Nora. Outside of being with his family and working, Anderson loves to be with family and good friends at the family ranch!

She eventually moved into company operation systems management for a period of time, until she moved up to Risk Management Director. During her time in Banking, Ms. Morales adopted excellent communication skills through the diverse pool of professionals and clients that she worked with. She also developed excellent project management skills as she facilitated team coercion, while maintaining quality and effectiveness. Before her career, she earned her bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Ms. Morales is also bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish. This will allow her to better serve Houston's Spanish speaking community. In her free time, Ms. Morales enjoys contributing to community service.
