Wendy has lived in Houston for over 50 years. She initially got her Real estate license in the early 1980's and took some time to raise her family. She eagerly jumped back into residential real estate and loves finding the right property her clients can call home and selling when her clients are on the move. What Wendy enjoys most about being a Realtor are the lasting friendships that form when working with her clients.
When not working, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the Houston community, traveling and Broadway.

A born-and-bred Houstonian, Laura Chiles brings a great deal of patience and a vast range of Texas knowledge to Greenwood King Properties. In her “past life,” she was a licensed social worker, bettering the lives of others at Texas Children’s Hospital, SEARCH Homeless Project and The Gladney Center for Adoption. As a social worker, Laura wore a smile each day and honed her extraordinary service and negotiation skills – the same skills that make her a natural fit for the real estate industry.

It’s not just Laura’s professional experience that gives her the edge as a Realtor. Laura’s civic involvement has taught her to be a true team player and has provided her with a remarkable network of contacts and resources. When Laura isn’t on the road with clients or volunteering her time and energy to help others, she enjoys traveling the globe, reading, doing anything outside and carousing with her dog, Phoebe.

Cheryl is also a member of The Houston Junior Forum who named her their Professional Volunteer of the Year.

Cheryl's leisure hours are spent with her husband, twin sons and two sets of twin Granddaughters. Her hobbies include fly fishing, swimming, golf, gardening, reading, entertaining and walking her Briargrove Park neighborhood. Her business successes are secondary to the pride she feels about her family.

Vlad began his career in Sales in 2002 working in various capacities. He later entered the Mortgage industry for almost 7 years working as a Senior Loan Officer, Loan Officer Trainer, Sales Team Manager and Loan Processing Manager. After the recession in 2009, his career trajectory became altered. Vlad's career path led him into Higher Education, Healthcare and Team Management.
