As a native Houstonian, Deanna boasts an intimate understanding of the intricacies of the Houston real estate market. Her diverse background in selling new construction, real estate investing, and real estate management allows her to tailor bespoke solutions to meet her clients' unique needs.

Initially drawn to real estate through her role as an investor, Deanna's interest in selling homes deepened when she met her husband, now involved in commercial and residential development. Deanna's meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills were cultivated during her extensive tenure in medical sales. She takes pride in being an unwavering advocate for her clients, committed to ensuring a seamless experience from contract to closing.

Beyond her real estate expertise, Deanna has devoted over 15 years to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on three committees. She was a competitive swimmer growing up and swam at the collegiate level for a Division 1 school. She is also a Pilates enthusiast, and holds a Pilates certification, demonstrating her enthusiasm for an active and athletic lifestyle. Deanna's passion extends to travel and scuba diving; a certified diver since the age of 12, she has explored remarkable underwater locations.

Residing in the Memorial area with her husband, two young children, and their rescued pit bull, Sugar, Deanna and her family relish spending quality time with loved ones while embracing all the offerings of the vibrant Houston community.

I am a native Houstonian with over 27 years of familiarity with its borough's and surrounding areas. Formerly a welder, and amateur drag racer; I now spend my time with her 3 kids and high school sweetheart. Kelle Hill started her real estate career in 1981 in Northern Virginia as a realtor with one of the international large firms there. After moving to Vail, Colorado, she continued as a broker for a property management company, and landed in Houston in 1995 where she worked as Sales Director for a local homebuilder. As a result of this experience, she was taken to all corners of the Houston market, which served her well when she opened her own firm, Hill Properties, in 2002. She is happy to now be with John Daugherty Realtors and is ready to put these many years of experience to work for buyers and sellers in the Greater Houston area.

Jacinda has over 40 years of experience in sales and customer service. She builds relationships that last a lifetime and focuses on being the most efficient advocate for her clients. Her clients mean the world to her and she strives to meet all of their Real estate needs. Jacinda resides in the Memorial/Spring Branch Area and has done so for over 30 years. She is happily married and has two sons. They enjoy spending time together camping, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors. Volunteering has always been a fundamental part of Jacinda's life as she loves to give back to her community. She is a past PTA president, assistant teacher for the Great Outdoors course and is very active in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a Lifetime Committeeman. Cathy Scherer brings solid marketing experience to her successful practice of real estate. Cathy began her real estate career in 2003 and joined Bernstein Realty in 2018. As a resident of the Houston area for over 35 years, she is familiar with all of the neighborhoods in the Houston metropolitan area.
Cathy knows that home ownership is a personal and emotional decision. "Being trusted to educate, guide and protect clients' best interest is a great responsibility; my clients are comfortable with me and know that I will take care of what needs to be handled to help them reach their goals. My clients know that I believe in constant communication and that they can always reach me." Cathy assists clients with Buying, Selling and Leasing homes throughout Houston and surrounding areas, as well as assisting newcomers and Houstonians with Relocating to or from the Houston area.
Born in New York City, Cathy went to junior high and high school in Houston and graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Marketing. After graduation, she trained as a buyer for a national high-end retailer and worked in New York City and Los Angeles for 10 years, before taking her business, buying and negotiation skills to the real estate industry.
Cathy grew up in the Memorial area, raised her children in Bellaire and is currently residing in the Galleria area. As a mother of two daughters who attended Bellaire High School Cathy was very involved in the PTO and the girls' volleyball teams both at school and with traveling club teams. One daughter is currently living in Los Angeles and the other is currently living in Houston working in the residential mortgage business. When not working, Cathy enjoys going to Memorial Park, being involved with fitness, spending time with her dog and going to numerous cultural and sporting events happening in Houston.
