A native Houstonian who has lived in Houston all her life, was raised in Meyerland and went to high school at Bellaire High school, she knows the inner city, Medical Center area very well, and the history and transition of all the surrounding neighborhoods over the years, not to mention their amenities, schools, shopping, available sports and, well, you name it. Tricia knows, for example, that for families with children, finding the perfect home means finding excellent schools. Her familiarity and knowledge of the schools, the surrounding areas, and which neighborhoods are good for families are invaluable assets for those clients.

But, she is careful not to limit her reach. A happy person who is levelheaded but feisty and enjoys laughing, she loves being around people getting to know more about them and their families, and listening to their life stories, then matching them to their needs. Tricia believes that there is a buyer for every home, and that there is a home for every buyer. She enjoys the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers of every stripe and at every stage of home ownership: first time home buyers, those moving up with expanding families, those who are relocating to Houston, empty-nesters who are downsizing and everyone in between.
