Ryan Boone has been passionate about real estate since his earliest years growing up in Houston Texas. Ryan always knew that he wanted to chart a path helping others, and found his true calling in real estate serving his clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Ryan has been involved in every kind of transaction and specializes in helping clients find investment properties on and off the market. Sandiya Venturato brings 18 years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker United. Originally from the Southeast Asian island of Sri Lanka, she also brings with her a rich cultural diversity and experience that spans living in several big cities and a working-knowledge of multiple corporate industries.

With a degree in business, Sandiya has worked both in the Medical Industry, as an assistant to a leading orthopedic surgeon and for 11 years in global sales and purchasing in the Oil and Gas sector of Houston. Each of her experiences led to a unique and in-depth knowledge of Houston's core markets. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and is well versed in the relocation process with a client list of many internationals. Her knowledge spans the entirety of Houston from The Galleria, Katy, Memorial, Sugarland, Midtown, Downtown, Montrose, West University, Bellaire, River Oaks, Cottage Grove, and the Heights (just to name a few)!

In 2019 Sandiya founded Interior Staging Concepts (ISC). The company was conceived from her distinct understanding of what drives buyer decision-making. As a successful realtor and achieving exceptional results from staging and selling her own properties, Sandiya decided to follow her passion for home decor by embarking on the exciting field of Home Staging. Sandiya is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CHLMS) whose keen eye for decor and staging has helped numerous clients sell their homes in record time.

Sandiya's passion for real estate lies in marrying the perfect house with the perfect buyer. As an avid painter and artist, she describes viewing each transaction like a blank canvas, where the movement and rhythm of the lines and colors are always different...much like the people involved. When there is harmony and the balance of value in a new home; the transaction, just like a beautiful painting, becomes a masterpiece. She loves that moment when her clients' faces light up when they know they've found their perfect home!

When I moved to Fulshear in 2014 there were two stop lights and lots of cows! After spending the prior 16 years in Los Angeles I was instantly charmed by this area and blown away by the big Texas welcome that my family encountered at every turn. With the region booming it is now my delight to welcome so many newcomers from all over the country (and the world!) as they also make this dynamic area their new home.

With a background in property management and leasing, and nearly two decades as a nonprofit fundraiser for organizations like the Girl Scouts and the American Heart Association, I bring a wealth of experience in building meaningful connections. Now, as a Realtor, my passion is connecting people with homes and communities where they can flourish.

Having done three cross-country moves myself, I understand the blend of excitement and stress moving brings-- even if you're just moving across town. Born and raised in Canada, Marie relocated to Houston in 2004, where she's called home ever since. Fittingly, she works with buyers from all over the worldor just down the streetwho are also looking to find their place in Houston, just as she has found hers. Over the years, Marie has cultivated a robust network of repeat and referral clients, a testament to the premium experiences she delivers and the lifelong connections she forms along the way. When she's not working for her clients, you can find Marie getting involved in her community as a Board Member of her neighborhood's Civic Association and Chairperson of the Architectural Committee. She's also a frequent volunteer at her daughter's middle school, an international travel enthusiast, and an avid reader who loves curling up with a good book. As a devoted runner, she's completed numerous marathons to date, and she's fluent in three different languages. Marie's happy place is her cottage on Lake Travis, where she goes to escape from the bustle of daily life and spend time with her family and furry friends.

Malgorzata "Gosia" Hernandez was born and raised in Eastern Europe, Poland. She earned a degree in marketing from Wroclawska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych. She has worked as a business consultant for Polish/German companies including Hebel Construction. She is very detailed and takes every job seriously. Gosia will dedicate her time and work to the satisfaction of her clients.

Gosia has been an esteemed member of the Memorial area for the past 10 years. During that time, she served on the Board of Memorial Drive Townhomes and greatly contributed her time and effort to the enhancement of the community. Gosia actively volunteers in the Spring Branch Independent School District where her two sons attend school. She is passionate about the Steel Magnolia Moms group and is a contributing member to its success for the enrichment of children with disabilities.

Gosia has a gifted talent when it comes to home decor and can transform any space into a unique design. From her European roots, travel and studies, Gosia has learned to speak Polish, English, Spanish and German. Gosia's background and talents are key contributing factors to her success as a real estate agent.
