A native Texan, Sarah grew up in the League City area before attending Texas State University on a golf scholarship. Sarah’s rigorous work ethic guided her to distinction at Texas State, where she earned both a BBA in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Accountancy while also maintaining a top ranking on the golf links, including winning the 2002 Southland Conference Women’s Golf Championship.

Sarah began her professional career with a "Big 4" public accounting firm as an auditor focusing on the Real Estate sector. Over time, her outgoing nature and relationship skills led her to move into a career as a real estate professional helping clients with their biggest investment.

Sarah is active in the Houston community, volunteering with The Junior League of Houston, volunteering on the Steer Auction Committee, supporting the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and serving on the Ladies Association Committee at Pine Forest Country Club.

In 2012, Sarah was named one of Houston Association of Realtor's 20 Rising Stars Under 40 in Real Estate. In Sarah's free time, she enjoys spending time playing golf, hanging out with friends and family, traveling, watching Astros games with her husband Jordan, checking out new Houston restaurants & spoiling her rescue Pug Arnie.

Sinnette Richards is a professional Realtor located in Houston, TX. She strives off of giving her clients the up most respect, nourishment, and integrity. She has 3 degrees (Chemical engineering, Instrumentation Technology, & Process Operation Technician) by the age of 24. Linda Dodds Walker brings a host of varied experiences to her career as a Realtor. This native Houstonian moved to North Carolina to be with her husband who was serving in the US Marine Corps as a helicopter pilot. Because of Linda's organization and detailed approach these businesses were very successful. These attributes most definitely carry over into Linda's real estate career today. Members of Second Baptist Church, Linda and her family enjoy attending services on a very regular basis. Linda also enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school in the Memorial area. Her hobbies include Hot Yoga and cooking. Spending time with family and friends is definitely a favorite past time.
