I am committed to place the goals of my clients first. I hold a degree in Business Management, and previously held a career in Healthcare Management for over 13 years. I credit my work in marketing, business development, training, patient care, as well as credentialing physicians in healthcare compliance, for honing my ability to better serve real estate clients as an agent. Aligned with the company's core values in giving back to the community, I enjoy volunteering at my children's schools in Spring Branch ISD, a member of the Memorial Moms Association, and work with refugees trying to settle in Houston. A resident of the Memorial Villages for over ten years, happily married for seventeen years, and have five children: one boy and four girls. I enjoy exercise, playing tennis, traveling and skiing with my family, or just enjoying board games on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Fluent in Arabic and familiar with Middle Eastern culture, I enjoy working with re-locations and specializes in older home purchases within the Memorial Villages. Looking forward to helping buyers and sellers to find their new home within the communities of Memorial, Spring Branch, Galleria, and along the Energy Corridor.

When it comes to understanding her clients' needs, Stephanie excels. With a degree in psychology from the University of Texas - Austin and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, this energetic agent knows that her listening and negotiating skills offer a true advantage.

Real estate is more than simply matching people and places, says Stephanie. It really involves understanding the practical and emotional aspects associated with buying or selling a home. Her priority is to fully represent her clients and put their needs first, she says.

What distinguishes Stephanie from other agents her age? I build relationships with my clients, she says. They are my priority, and everyone I work with can expect honesty, hard work, and lots of enthusiasm! Having been in the business since 2004, Stephanie has extensive experience in both the Greater Houston and Austin housing markets working with buyers and sellers to renters and investors.

Stephanie credits her family and colleagues for her overwhelming interest in real estate. I have grown up in the business and I genuinely enjoy working with people. I was taught to do whatever makes me happy and to follow my heart, which is exactly what I'm doing. Stephanie was born and raised in Houston and has sold residential real estate from the Inner Loop to Katy and Spring Branch to the Energy Corridor.

Stephanie supports the American Cancer Society, Citizens for Animal Protection, Michael J. Fox Foundation, and The Compassionate Friends. She is also involved with the Danish Club of Houston and Houston Accueil, a nonprofit organization that helps French expatriates in Houston adapt to a new way of life. Of French and Danish descent herself, Stephanie is proud of her European heritage and her multilingual skills. She speaks fluent French and Danish.
