I'm a Texas REALTOR® serving Galveston and Harris counties. My clients have my focus, attention, and availability. I aim to provide the best outcome, whether selling, buying, or leasing your home. I became a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) in real estate to gain insightful knowledge and sharpen my skill set for negotiating the best possible outcome for you. This year, I will complete the Texas A&M AgriLife Master Gardeners program to gain invaluable knowledge about plants, gardening, and creating beautiful curb appeal. Again, my goal is to add significant value when selling your property. I am active in my community, having served as a Rotarian for ten-plus years. Volunteering with Galveston County Mainland Food Bank, Devereux of Texas, and writing a social column for the Galveston Daily News, Texas' oldest newspaper, allow me to shine a light on my community. I enjoy making connections and sharing time with family and friends on the beach or in the garden.

Melinda Gordon brings 30 plus years of business experience to Bernstein Realty. She had the pleasure of working in her family owned commercial real estate and retail business in a variety of areas. The areas that she always gravitated to were, negotiations, analysis, and the management of the commercial real estate. The commercial real estate division ran across Houston, this plus the fact that she is a native Houstonian, has Melinda very comfortable in many communities of the city. She gained a wealth of knowledge from these avenues which naturally led her to residential real estate after her and her husband bought and sold a handful of homes starting back in 1991.

Melinda prides herself as extremely hardworking, honest and ethical agent. She is always thinking about what she can do for her client to make the transaction easier. She has a keen attention to detail and loves to analyze to make the picture clear to all involved.

When not working, Melinda enjoys time with her wonderful husband of 30+ years and her three amazing children and dog Coconut. She loves spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies are yoga, and cooking. She is a member of the Bellaire Business Association as well as serving as a volunteer at Congregation Emanu El. She and her husband enjoy doing things around Houston, boating, going to and watching the Astros, well as traveling when time allows!

In 2022, she was Achievement of Excellence/Top 5 PRODUCING AGENT. In 2021, she was THE TOP PRODUCING AGENT, Achievement of Excellence, Top Sales Buyer's Agent, and had the Largest Production Increase for Bernstein Realty. In 2020, she earned Bernstein Realty. Achievement of Excellence/TOP 5 PRODUCING AGENT, as well as she, was named in Houston Agent Magazine's Who's Who, in 2021 and 2020 she was awarded top leasing agent, and in 2018 she was awarded the Shining Star award.

When it comes to her success, Polina Solis often refers to her favorite business author’s, Jim Collins’ quote from his well known book, “Good to Great”: “Good is the evil of great!” To her being a good Realtor® is not good enough, as one should be great at what she/he does. She believes it takes giving her clients 200%, treating them like they are family and doing whatever it takes for them to be successful in their home search or selling goals.

Her vast background, which includes experience in business consulting, estate planning as well as probate litigation, makes Polina a person of many talents and enormous knowledge. It is through her past experience that Polina developed some of the most critical skills needed to become a successful Realtor® – organization, commitment to excellence, high degree of communication, patience, and ability to negotiate and listen. Polina graduated with a B.S in pre-med Biology after moving to the US at the age of 16. She continued her education and earned a master’s degree in business, MBA. She was born in Moscow, Russia and is a world traveler but she often jokes that she got to Texas as fast as she possibly could. It is the people and southern hospitality that she appreciates the most about living in the Lone Star State. Polina is very familiar with all of Greater Houston and the surrounding areas including Cypress, Katy, Bellaire, Downtown, Midtown, Pearland, Kingwood, Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Clear Lake and will be honored to help her clients with their real estate needs.

I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and be able to provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, and renting properties. As a Realtor in Houston, I primarily work in Houston and its surrounding suburbs. I am responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest developments in each area and understanding the unique characteristics and selling points of each neighborhood to better assist clients. In addition to working directly with clients, I also attend industry events and network with other professionals to expand my reach and increase my knowledge of the Houston real estate market.
