After moving to Vail, Colorado, she continued as a broker for a property management company, and landed in Houston in 1995 where she worked as Sales Director for a local homebuilder. As a result of this experience, she was taken to all corners of the Houston market, which served her well when she opened her own firm, Hill Properties, in 2002.
