Lacey began her Real Estate career in 2008 working with developers in Multi-family and Commercial Real Estate helping in marketing, sales training, event planning, corporate training and more across the United States. Her first major commercial project was CITYCENTRE, followed by working with developers across the country to increase their sales, social media presence and increase revenue across all assets in multiple regions. She then left Corporate America in 2018 and obtained her License to begin to help past and future clients with their personal Real Estate goals in selling their home, leases, purchases, new construction, Airbnb renovations and management along with investments. There was another new focus too, she wanted the opportunity to start her family and bring her wealth of knowledge to people.

She has been awarded top sales awards with each company she has worked under including "Top Sales, Core Value, #1 Sales Team in TX, etc." Each award bringing her recognition and expertise to better assist her clients in any way.

Kristina Mahoney was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Houston in 2006. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors in Accounting (BBA), a Masters in Taxation (MST) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Personal Financial Planning. She holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license and a Texas Life Agent license. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and National Association of Tax Professionals. When she is not working you can find Kristina spending time with her family, at a good happy hour around the city with her friends, traveling to new places and engaging in some form of exercise.

Bridget Degan began her real estate career 14 years ago immediately developing a strong clientele base and enduring friendships. As a native Houstonian, growing up in Montrose and Royden Oaks areas, she is now a resident of Spring Branch. An active person with strong interpersonal skills, Bridget provides concierge customer service for all of her client's real estate needs. A third generation Houstonian, LACY M. BAIRD, a real estate professional with Rob Adams Properties, is in tune with the demanding needs of today's highly competitive real estate market. Her local and international ties provide a broad spectrum on which to draw in order to furnish her clients the best the world has to offer. Her high energy and motivation make her an integral part of Rob Adam's team.

Lacy, who was educated abroad in France and Russia, returned to her native Houston to graduate with honors from the University of Houston, obtaining a BS in Consumer Merchandising/Marketing, and on to the University of St. Thomas where she earned a Master's degree in Liberal Arts/Psychology. She received her Texas real estate license in 1994 and is a member of the Chi Omega sorority and Phi Upsilon Omicron honor society. Lacy is an Anglophile and a Francophile with a passion for art history.

Her love and devotion to the Arabian horse and its community for over 40 years have brought her to regional and national honors. She volunteers for the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show where her daughter Stella started showing at the age of 2 in the lead line class on an Andalusian mount. They now own American Saddlebreds and enjoy showing in Lexington, KY and surrounding states.

Giving back to her community is an essential facet of her life. She has chaired or co-chaired fundraisers for Baylor College of Medicine, Citizens for Animal Protection, Friends of Hermann Park, and Sunshine Kids, as well as numerous other non-profit organizations. She serves on the Advisory Board of Baylor's Lester and Sue Smith Breast Center at the Dan L. Duncan Cancer Center.

Lacy is a breast cancer survivor and carrier of the deleterious BRCA2+ gene. For the last 10 years, she has been diligently working on a tome to combat breast cancer by early prevention. Once completed, 51% of the proceeds will be donated to the Smith's Breast Center.

In 2015, Lacy adopted a 5year old son, Sebastian, and Stella became a proud big sister. For many generations, we are parishioners at Christ Church Cathedral.

A seasoned professional and native Houstonian, Scott Minchen has been a Realtor for twenty years.
