Kim Zander is a go-getter with a passion for real estate. A graduate of the University of Houston, Zander earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising. Her background as a Senior Corporate Account Manager gave Zander national and international negotiations experience working with several Fortune 100 companies, including ExxonMobil, MW Kellogg, and Schlumberger. She continues to bring these leadership skills and accomplishments to the negotiating table, pairing them with her unique personal touch. She feels it is a privilege to guide clients as they make life-changing decisions, no matter the phase of life they're in. An Illinois native, Zander has lived in Houston for more than 35 years and in the Memorial area for over 20 years, giving her a strong network of relationships. She loves to travel, watch sports, and work out, but mostly she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their three children, Jake, Ava, and Olivia, and their darling Labrador Retriever, Noa Belle Zander.

Hello! I am Laura Guillory, a native Houstonian and real estate, design and remodeling enthusiast.

Prior to working as a Realtor, I spent 15 years at advertising agencies in New York City and in Houston, where I lead client contract negotiations, managed multi-million dollar budgets and supervised internal teams, while ensuring deadlines were met and the work was of the highest quality.

Fourth generation Houstonian Trey Nesmith has real estate in his blood. The son of a top-producing Realtor in a family of successful residential and commercial contractors and developers, Trey began his real estate career in Austin while attending the University of Texas.

Trey understands the importance of targeted marketing. He creates individualized marketing strategies for each of his sellers, including advice on strategic updating, to help them realize top dollar for their properties. Trey grew up in the Memorial area and attended Stratford High School. When not selling real estate, he enjoys Olympic-class laser sailing, fishing and motor sports.

Ivana lives in Houston Texas for 7 years and loves her city. As a Local Texas Resident, Ivana can put her insider knowledge to work and find the perfect unique property that best fits her clients needs. Ivana is fluent in both English and Spanish and is often asked to be the translator in multiple transactions.
