Jessicas deep Houston-area residential real estate knowledge comes from being a fourth-generation Houstonian and a second-generation realtor. Born and raised in Spring Valley Village, Jessica attended Second Baptist and graduated from Memorial High School. She has witnessed the extensive transformation and growth that neighborhoods like The Villages, Memorial, Tanglewood, River Oaks, Spring Branch, the Heights, Timbergrove, Garden Oaks/Oak Forest, and surrounding areas have gone through over the past two decades. Jessica brings unmatched perspectives to her clients. She is a former Anti-Money Laundering specialist and previously worked in mortgage compliance for a prestigious Washington, DC consulting firm. She also worked as a process specialist for the Federal Reserve. And, after living in various cities across the US and getting her MBA in London, she knew there was no other place she wanted to raise her family than home-sweet-Houston. Betsy Vanderbrouk "sold" her first house as a young teenager – and was hooked. Betsy grew up observing her Realtor-mother negotiate high-end residential real estate transactions, and what she learned made an indelible impression. At the age of 14, and with her mother out of town, she successfully matched a buyer to a house and enlisted her mother's working partner to finalize the offer. Betsy's mother was stunned but pleased and paid her a $40 commission, an important learning experience on the value of up-front, clear negotiation (even with your mother) that Betsy never forgot.

Since her "official" real estate debut in 1993, Betsy has achieved top-tier production and a reputation as a hard-working team player with top-notch organization, marketing, and of course, negotiating skills. Loyal clients become good friends and add their friends and family members to her growing referral network, confident that they will receive Betsy's signature excellent care and service.

Betsy combines market knowledge and technological know-how with a genuine regard for her clients' preferences and concerns. No stranger to relocation on a personal level, Betsy and her family relocated to London for two years with a corporate move in the early 1990s. She understands that moving a family entails far more than just finding a house and gives focused attention and care to every aspect of a client's move into or out of Houston.

Always a ready volunteer, Betsy was a Guardian Ad Litem for Child Advocates for many years and an active participant in projects at Palmer Memorial Church where she is a member. She helped start such successful and well-known events as the Memorial Villages 4th of July Parade, Memorial Villages National Night Out, and numerous other community sponsored and underwritten projects. When her children were in school, she was an active volunteer at St. Francis Episcopal School, St. John's School, Spring Branch Middle School and Memorial High School.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Betsy graduated from Chatham Hall in Virginia and the University of Arizona. She lived with her family in Piney Point Village for more than 20 years and taught at the St. Francis Children's Center for six years. Betsy is the mother of two adult sons: Christian, who lives in New York City with his wife and two young boys; and Peter, who lives in Colorado Springs with his wife. She enjoys antiquing and "traveling anywhere" but especially to New York and Colorado to visit her family.
