Abe's experience entails new construction ground up development in Urban Houston. His ability to meet and connect buyers and sellers aids him in establishing long-lasting relationships with a foundation of integrity, trust and honesty.

In addition to his nine years in real estate, Abe has a background in sales and entrepreneurship. He was drawn to the real estate industry because of its fast pace which demands the ability to multitask and be highly detail oriented, key qualities that Abe possesses. His strong relationships, keen negotiation skills, market knowledge and influential persona are important assets to the company and his clients.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Abe earned a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in real estate development. He learned the real estate development process from Houston's most reputable developers.

Outside of real estate, Abe enjoys spending time with his friends and family, going to the park to jog and workout, and when the weather permits, having fun doing water sports at the lake and beach.

With over two decades of dedicated service in the Air Force, I bring a wealth of discipline, integrity, and commitment to my real estate career. As a veteran myself, I understand the unique needs and challenges military personnel face when it comes to finding their perfect home. I also have a deep appreciation for first responders and teachers and take great pride in assisting these community heroes in their real estate journeys. A fun fact about me is that I had the privilege of protecting Air Force One during my military service, giving me a whole new perspective on the meaning of 'soaring to new heights' in the real estate world.

Coming from a small business background, Sobi is well suited to real estate, joining the industry in 2015. Through her Wedding & Event Planning business for over 15 years, it was a natural transition to expand her offerings to assist engaged couples, newlyweds, and first-time home buyers with their real estate needs. Through her growing career and compassionate approach, Sobi has also come to play a vital role in assisting divorcing spouses in preserving homeownership eligibility and credit along side their attorney in their case file when they are ready to sell their home.
