Native Houstonian and Sugar Land resident Kathy Park Carter has been a Realtor for more than 30 years. Kathy began her career and learned the important ropes working for a residential real estate top producer. It was invaluable experience, and she acquired the expertise necessary to become a successful real estate professional.

Kathy raised her family in the Tanglewood/Briargrove and Memorial areas before moving to Sugar Land where she lists and sells homes in Sweetwater, Sugar Creek, and other areas of Sugar Land. Her expertise also includes various areas in Houston, including, Memorial, Tanglewood, and West University. Oh, and finally the “D” word…. Divorce. It has become a sad part of our lives. No one wins, but we’ve developed a specialized sense to seek parity for all parties involved….especially the children. We’ve come up with some unique real estate solutions that blunt the trauma of divorce. It’s but one of areas in which I possess a unique sensitivity. Let me show you.

Mahir. An Arabic title translating most closely to adept or skilled. There is no better word to describe the way Mahir goes about bringing the best value to his clients. With a strong intuition of the day to day real estate market in Houston, Mahir realizes the importance of being able to quickly change and adapt to appropriately service those who he represents.

Having sales experience in his time working door-to-door, meeting new people on a daily basis, and communicating efficiently with them to reach a common goal, is nothing new for him. Incorporating persistence into making sure his clients are more than satisfied, Mahir prides himself on being able to remove the home buying/selling worries that are commonly present at the beginning of the process.

Aside from working as a Realtor, Mahir is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at the University of Houston.
