I first fell in love with real estate at a young age. Having read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki for hours, I got exposed to real estate intricacies which later cemented into a passion that could only be quenched by achieving my dream of being a real estate agent. As a real estate investor and a professional agent, I have gained vast knowledge of the market trends and built my expertise in house flipping that enables me to create functioning and beautiful space that attract prospective buyers. My aim is to help others gain financial freedom through homeownership; while making the real estate process fun, memorable and stress-free. I was born and raised in Cam Ranh Bay, a beautiful beach destination in Vietnam but later moved to the USA. With a background in International Business from the University of Industry in Saigon, I am able to understand the financial investment and offer diligent business practices. My 8 years of experience as an event specialist equipped me with marketing, communication, and negotiation skills. I am creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Out of real estate, I love spending time with my husband, four years old daughter, and our dog, Yellow. I enjoy traveling and photography. I am part of a photography club and I've won a small prize photography contest.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Kelly has lived in the Houston area for most of her life. Kelly moved to Austin, TX to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in English at The University of Texas. Kelly is an avid reader and a forever student who loves to learn. She has been fortunate to have a successful sales career in the medical and pharmaceutical industry serving Texas Medical Center, the world's largest medical center. Kelly also has experience in the energy industry specializing in contract negotiations throughout the United States. Kelly's business acumen, coupled with her enhanced communication skills has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the clients' listings. In addition, Kelly's clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Kelly currently resides in Houston, with her three teenagers and spouse, Mike Gallagher. She enjoys spending time outdoors, walking her dogs, and traveling.
