Keith began his career in commercial real estate in 1992 with General Property & Services, Inc. (GP&S) a wholly subsidiary of Gulf Publishing Company. Later, Keith became Vice President until Gulf Publishing sold GP&S to Keith in 2000. Keith has been in business since 1992 and has co-brokered over $500 million dollars of real estate transactions, concentrated mostly in land and warehouse sales. Over the years, Keith has brokered almost every type of commercial and residential product. Jaehne has been involved in hundreds of land transactions representing thousands of acres in the Houston area for residential and commercial development. Keith’s brokerage activities are allocated between extensively marketing a listing portfolio and effectively finding a match for his buyer’s requirements. Keith is also a principal that has formed dozens of joint venture partnerships to acquire land and warehouse investment opportunities. Keith has been recognized in the Who’s Who in American Society and Business. He also serves on various boards in the Houston area. A third generation Houstonian, Keith is an associate member of CCIM, member of the Commercial Real Estate Network, Houston Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Keith holds a BBA degree in Management and Finance from Baylor University (1980) and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas (1985). Janice and Ron have been residents of Cinco Ranch for the last 28 years and have been giving back to the community in many ways. They are the local Santa and Mrs. Claus for over 34 years and have held many fundraisers benefiting the homeless children of our city.



Janice is a Master Scuba Diver and has spent many years as an underwater photographer. She and Ron have traveled all over the world escaping to the wonderful exotic destinations to spend their entire week underwater. I cannot imagine a better way to regenerate my personal battery so I can get back to work with a fresh face on life! Nothing can scare me..... I dive with the sharks!

A resident of Houston since the mid-1970s, Phyllis hails from Memphis, TN. Prior to her successful career selling residential real estate she was a property manager for more than 20 years and managed portfolios for investors all over the world. “That experience allowed me to develop a wide range of communication skills to include investors in Class-A as well as low-income properties,” she says. “From $20,000 to $20 million – as Martha likes to say!”

When not working, Phyllis volunteers her time as a Friend of Ronald McDonald House. “I’m into everything for Ronald McDonald House – preparing evening meals, filling Santa’s House, and working on fund raisers. I was the chairperson of the 2014 Girls Just Wanna Have Fun fundraiser, an all-women event. The smiles from the children we help and the looks of comfort on their parents’ faces are priceless gifts.”

Phyllis adores cooking, trying new wines and traveling “anywhere there’s water.” Her son and daughter-in-law live in Northern California where he raises organic vegetables and is a well-known caterer. Phyllis enjoys going there every few months as grandmother to two young granddaughters. Phyllis also claims an extended family of two young grandchildren, two sons who are doctors, a daughter in the film industry, and a son who is a professional barista.
