Candace Allen is director of the Wise Living Group at EXP Realty, LLC, a group of realty experts hand-selected to provide our clients with customizable services and excellent real estate experience. Candace is a graduate of the University of Saint Thomas, where she received an MBA, concentrating in Finance. With over twenty-eight years of Accounting and Finance, including REIT experience, Candace launched into the realty industry following a family dream. Candace has more than 14 years of experience as a Realtor, including luxury real estate, residential listings, commercial leases, 1031 exchange transactions, and short sales. With this experience, Candace discovered a formula of merging her financial background with the ever-changing real estate market and created the Wise Living Group. She has recruited the best and the brightest team members who collectively represent the experience of 40 plus years of real estate, banking, financial accounting, and marketing expertise. The Wise Living Group is currently brokered by EXP Realty, LLC, a cloud-based cutting-edge brokerage that is presently shattering growth records. Today, Candace enjoys volunteering and spending time with her family and her two pups.

As a third generation Houstonian who has lived in many of the city's submarkets Nikki has an in depth knowledge of the vast city of Houston. She comes by her passion for Real Estate naturally as it has been the core of her family's business for over 40 years.



She attended Texas Tech University where she was an active member of the Tri Delta sorority, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Houston. Out of college she worked in the energy business before joining Beth Wolff's team.



While her current residence is in the Memorial area where she is an active member in her community, she has lived in many of the city's great neighborhoods and surrounding areas and takes pride in understanding each of these markets.

Amerida Price is the full package. She brings over 15 years in the industry of assisting clients through numerous situations and transactions. Her previous experiences as a 9-1-1 dispatcher for Austin County, an owner of an insurance agency, and experience in insurance claims affords Amerida to lead and guide her clients during challenging and exciting times.

Raised 60 miles west of Houston in Bellville, TX; Amerida has expertise in almost everything when it comes to Austin County and surrounding counties. She has helped over a thousand clients protect their biggest assets, such as their homes and assisted them with making wise and informed financial decisions. Her dedication to achieving this level of customer service won her numerous regional and national awards during her time in insurance. With a degree in Organizational Leadership and professional skills she brings to the table, all trace back to her small town values. Her authentic approach allows her to be her clients strongest advocate through engaging with her clients, listening, and effective communication style.
