Over the years, I have developed a very unique and dynamic residential home selling and marketing system. Having bought and sold over 100 homes myself, my goal is to put the most money in your pocket, whether you are buying or selling. I grew up in Texas and attended high school at Hockaday in Dallas. I studied International Relations at the University of Southern California. After spending a few years working in International Finance for Charles Schwab in San Francisco and then Lehman Brothers in New York and Hong Kong, I went onto obtain a Master degree in International Economics at Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC. It was in Washington DC, when I decided to launch a career in real estate, mostly buying and selling pre-foreclosure homes. When I returned to Houston, I decided to take my skillsets in scoring great deals in real estate and utilize these to help homeowners sell their homes for top dollar and buy homes for a great price. I'm a hard worker, a constant communicator, and a strategic problem solver when it comes to working for my clients. I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. Jackson Routt moved to the Memorial area of Houston at an early age. He attended Spring Branch ISD schools, including Bunker Hill Elementary, Frostwood, Memorial Middle School and graduated from Memorial High School. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Houston Clear Lake. His career in Project Management of large industrial projects has taken him all over North America. Detailed knowledge of corporate contracts, contractors, business and especially people skills has prepared him to be successful in the world of real estate.In the years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Jackson and his Realtor wife, Christine, have bought and sold 14 properties.
