Kendra Wheaton started her real estate career in 2006 with McGuyer Homebuilders Inc.. As a Sales Manager, she sold new homes for Pioneer and Plantations Homes for 4 years in the Pearland area. In 2008 and 2009 she received the Elite Sales Award for over $4 Million in sales closed for both years. In 2009, Kendra was also recognized for receiving a 100% Customer Recommendation Rating from all her customers. In 2010, Kendra became a licensed real estate agent and joined RE/MAX One in Pearland. During her first year she was named Rookie of the Year. In 2011, she was a RE/MAX of Texas 100 Percent Club winner, received the Quantum Leap Award for her increase in sales from 2010 to 2011 and was also awarded the 2011 Agent of the Year honor. Kendra joined Greenwood King Properties in the Memorial area in 2012 to expand her business into the luxury market. She worked alongside several of the Top Producers in all of Houston with a focus on growing her brand and incorporating creative and innovative marketing. During her time as a Realtor, Kendra realized the importance of giving back to community. As a member of the Young Professional Network, she completed several Rebuild Together Houston projects which include repairing homes for low-income elderly homeowners. Her efforts help enhance the quality of life for deserving seniors. In 2017, Kendra joined the Realty ONE Group, Experience family to expand her business into The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Her focus is building a team that prides itself on providing exceptional service and giving back to the community. Kendra enjoys time with friends and family, traveling the world and attending Houston Rockets and Texans games.
