She later accepted a position with a Houston based national company as an acquisitions manager for office properties. In 2009 she joined Coldwell Banker. Shortly after she became a member of the Coldwell Banker "Million Dollar Club" and has received awards including Coldwell Banker Multi-Million Dollar Producer. She enjoys providing quality service with integrity to buyers and sellers. Educated in both Europe and the US, Susan resides here with her husband and two boys and enjoys volunteering in the community, exercising and participating in equestrian sports.

Julianna Lind has lived in the Memorial/Tanglewood area of Houston for more than 35 years. She is married and has two grown sons. Her years of working with her family companies, building supply and home builders, have provided an invaluable experience in working in the real estate world. She presently serves as a director of a commercial Harris County Municipal Utility District. This experience, combined with her ability to work closely with people, has helped her provide excellent service for all of her clients, as well as earn respect from agents.
Julianna has a passion for her work ethic earned her the "Rookie of the Year Award" when she joined John Daugherty, Realtors in 2008. Her colleagues nominated and elected her to serve as a board member of the agent council. She has earned numerous Real Estate designations... GRI, ABR, MCNE, ALHS & AHSS. Few agents worldwide have achieved the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) certification.
