I am a proud native Houstonian, most recently residing in Memorial and Spring Valley. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Journalism/Communications and a minor in Marketing.

I am a member of the The Association of Former Students at Texas A&M University. In my previous career, I enjoyed working at the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in their Marketing Department.

I am a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church.

Having lived in Houston for over thirty years, Shelley has a rich background relating to all facets of real estate. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2004, Shelley enjoyed a career in Marketing and Public Relations. She graduated from the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in Interior Planning and the University of Houston with a BBA in Management. Since obtaining her real estate license, she has also earned designations as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), as a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Second and Resort Property Specialist (SRPS).

After 15 years as a Dental Hygienist, Sara has decided to take her gregarious personality and apply it to a new career as a real estate agent! In her downtime, Sara is actively involved with her daughters schools and also enjoys traveling and biking. Sara is still an active member of the Texas Dental Hygiene Association as well as The Women of St. Martins Church Organization.

Tonya Huynh has hit the ground running as a REALTOR ® , having spent her early career in real estate marketing and AI lead generation. An entrepreneur at heart, she hails from a family of go-getting females. The numbers may have been bigger in her 9-to-5 days back when she managed a 10B+ portfolio on behalf of 5000+ contacts but her heart is definitely fuller now that she gets to work one-on-one with individuals, families, investors, and developers. In doing what she loves and doing it well, a radiant positivity shines through in the experience she gives her clients. They describe her as fiercely loyal, fun and if they're being frank the GOAT! But superlatives aside, Tonya brings to every transaction that rarely seen mix of light-hearted in spirit and heavy-hitting in business.
