Directed property broker in sale tours and negotiations and retail leasing company representatives on leasing efforts and sale transactions -Reported directly to client regarding all operations, expenditures, capital improvements, strategizing, and market positioning -Onesite software SUPER user for Tarantino Properties; responsible for setting software parameters, training, user set up and management, and upgrades to fit company needs. Implemented services such as online credit services and check scanner services on site as well as instant website chat for customer service and leasing purposes - Responsible for overseeing all capital repairs, upgrades and new construction for the entire multi-family division including fire rehabilitation
