Ready for a new challenge, Imelda received her real estate salesperson license and a new passion began. After beginning her career as a speech pathologist, Shannon decided to combine her love of working with people and passion for residential real estate to pursue a career as a real estate agent. Shannon is an excellent communicator with an eye for detail and uses this enthusiasm to help her clients achieve their real estate needs. Shannon is a native Houstonian. She holds a bachelor's degree in speech pathology from the University of Texas and a master's in speech pathology from Texas Women's University. Shannon currently resides in the Memorial Villages with her husband and two children. Over the last 20 years in Houston, she has lived in Memorial, Spring Branch and the Heights, remodeling several houses throughout that time. She is actively involved at Bunker Hill Elementary where her two children attend school. In her free time, Shannon enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Lesley Krivan, a native Houstonian, attended Texas A&M University and Colorado State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Lesley grew up in Hedwig Village and strongly embraces her Memorial roots. She has mastered staying current with Houston's premier neighborhoods and keeping abreast of all market trends.

Lesley's previous profession as a merchandising specialist, armed her with the tools and knowledge she needed to provide her clients superb service. Committed to employing her keen eye for detail and management skills, she makes sure her buyers and sellers have a flawless transaction from contract to closing. Lesley is "hands-on" in every stage of a real estate transaction ensuring a ''win-win" experience for everyone involved.

A great communicator, she is known for focusing on their specific needs whether they are first-time home buyers or seasoned clients. Her high energy and strong work ethic are showcased as she seeks to find a home that is just the right "gem." A strong believer in giving back to the community, Lesley is active with Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae activities, Kids Meals, Camp for All, WHAM, MAM, and Fairhaven Food Panty. She and her daughters are members of the Houston Hearts Chapter of the National Charity League. An interesting side note; Lesley and her husband were residents of Hedwig Village during their childhood and today are raising their two daughters within a mile of where they grew up.

A licensed realtor/broker for 20 years; working with some of the largest real estate brokerages in Houston. Yvonne's foundational appreciation for the real estate industry was formed. However understanding the importance of a sharp business acumen when negotiating a deal, for a buyer or seller Yvonne had a eureka moment. This moment led her to return to Graduate School, Texas A&M University, Commerce; where she obtained her Masters in Business Administration. Now, feeling equipped to advocate completely for her clients in the manner that they expected and deserved to be serviced.

I have now built an independent brokerage, Balanced Life Realty and a team of super stars. My goal is to become known as the brokerage that goes the extra mile to meet the needs; did I say "needs", to exceed the expectations of our clients.

As a business woman and mother, I know how important it is to get things done in a timely manner, especially when it comes to my business in real estate. I prioritize my clients and pride myself in removing the unknowns from the home buying (or selling) process. My commitment and loyalty to my clients allows me to maintain relationships long after the transaction period.

Lacey began her Real Estate career in 2008 working with developers in Multi-family and Commercial Real Estate helping in marketing, sales training, event planning, corporate training and more across the United States. Her first major commercial project was CITYCENTRE, followed by working with developers across the country to increase their sales, social media presence and increase revenue across all assets in multiple regions. She then left Corporate America in 2018 and obtained her License to begin to help past and future clients with their personal Real Estate goals in selling their home, leases, purchases, new construction, Airbnb renovations and management along with investments. There was another new focus too, she wanted the opportunity to start her family and bring her wealth of knowledge to people.

She has been awarded top sales awards with each company she has worked under including "Top Sales, Core Value, #1 Sales Team in TX, etc." Each award bringing her recognition and expertise to better assist her clients in any way.

Lacey's multifaceted career and special interest in all things Real Estate elevates her passion for people while helping with all their Real Estate needs.
