From an early age I have had a passion for helping others. Having grown up in a Real Estate family, this business has become the perfect platform for me to do this today. My commitment to helping others is the driving force and backbone of my day to day interactions. Real Estate provides a perfect platform to implement my niche for staging homes and assisting others with interior design. A serious level of professionalism is of the utmost importance, but I am known to be a bit quirky and am always open to the funny side of life.
In almost 30-years of living in the Energy Corridor, the area has been home for me and my family. I have raised two girls, worked, volunteered and have an amazing network of lifelong friends here. From coaching softball at Memorial Ashford Little League to pretty much eating at every restaurant in the area, I can definitely give you some pointers. I have intimate knowledge of the Energy Corridor's evolution and resilience. It's ability to maintain a small-town feel in a big city never fails to amaze me. Although I specialize in the area I live in and love, I have also seen success in many other neighborhoods throughout the Houston area.
My passion is NOT just to help people lease, buy or sell a home, but to make the process as seamless and stress free as possible. I strive to do so by implementing a proactive approach, staying one step ahead and anticipating potential roadblocks. I look at my client relationships as a partnership, as we all have to work towards a common goal. I walk you through the process with a high level of integrity and a commitment to communication and not without a little bit of fun.
I pride myself on a successful, full-time Real Estate career due to having a strong base of loyal and repeat clients that I now can call friends. Rhonda the Realtor is Keeping the Real In Real Estate.

Annie ran the Special Gifts Campaign and raised 20,000 for Steel Magnolia Moms. This is a non-profit founded by her sister, Elizabeth Elder, to support, encourage and celebrate moms of children with special needs. In 2017, she ran the New York City Marathon raising 23,000 for families whose homes were flooded by Hurricane Harvey, an experience that branded Annie's desire to help her community make lemonade out of life's lemons.
Annie brings the same level of care to her clients and is extremely committed to helping them identify and achieve their real estate goals. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
