My name is Wendy and I'm excited to be back in Real Estate! I have been a Realtor in Santa Barbara and Edmonton, Alberta - with over 12 years of experience helping people, buy, sell and invest in Real Estate. Real Estate is a personal passion of mine and I'm happy to support people achieve their goals with the biggest investment of their lives. I enjoy being a partner with all Real Estate transactions, thinking out of the box and solving problems to create a fun and easy transaction. Wendy lives in West Houston and has lived in Katy, The Woodlands and Westchase. I have 5 grandchildren that have my heart - a dog and a super cute cat!

Joann Lammons is a native New Orleanian who grew up in a real estate family. Some of her earliest memories are of her parents, independent real estate brokers, negotiating contracts and attending open houses. That early exposure was influential, and since joining Martha Turner Properties, later Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, in 1999 as a recognized top producer, Joann has been included in the coveted Circle of Excellence every year.

Highly motivated and technologically sophisticated, Joann asserts that technology distinguishes serious agents. “I make it a point to take at least one technology update class a year along with my MCE,” she states. Joann seeks a balance of buyers and sellers, believing this equips her with insight and understanding of both sides and allows “not only successful closings but happy ones.”

Relocation clients are a particular strength for Joann, whose husband is a 30-year energy company executive. She works hard to ensure smooth transitions for transferees and their families, particularly into the Memorial area, where she is a long-time resident, and the Energy and Western Corridors. Joann also enjoys significant business in Galveston’s West Beach where her family has a second home.

In addition to membership in the Circle of Excellence and Hall of Fame, Joann has received a number of other MTSIR awards for outstanding production including Most Closed Listings 2008, Most Closed Buyers 2006; Most Outgoing Referrals 2003, 2004, 2007; Most Transactions 2001, 2004; Top Salesperson June, 2004, September, 2010; and Listing Leader July, 2002, April 2010, and June 2010. Joann is fluent in Spanish and holds a bachelor’s degree in conversational Spanish and Spanish literature from Tulane University. Her studies included a year abroad at the University of Madrid. She holds a Master of International Management from the American Graduate School of International management (Thunderbird University) in Glendale, Arizona.

A long time resident of the Memorial area, Joann has lived in the Cayman Islands and Europe. She is married and the mother of two grown children. Over the years, she has been an active volunteer with Frostwood and Bunker Hill Elementary Schools, Memorial Middle and Memorial High schools, Spring Branch Independent School District activities, St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Fonn Villas Home Owners Association, VICTORY/American Cancer Society, and neighborhood sports groups. Joann’s interests include scuba diving, cruising and world travel.

Anita Bormaster, a native Houstonian, spent the first part of her career in the nonprofit sector as a development professional, aligning the interests and passions of individuals and families with projects to better the community. Anita prides herself on the importance of building quality and authentic relationships and is excited to bring these skills into Residential Real Estate, assisting clients in purchasing their new home and/or selling their current home. Other services include new construction, leasing and apartment locating. Anita grew up in the Memorial area and now resides in southwest Houston, giving her a wide knowledge of the many neighborhoods in the Houston and surrounding areas. She thrives on helping others and bringing people together. Anita has a strong belief that there is no better place to build connections, memories and relationships than in your home. Anita was raised around the real estate industry, and exposed to it from a very young age. She always admired the deep commitment of her family in providing a positive experience for their clients and she proud to be walking the same path. In her free time, Anita loves spending time and making memories with her family which includes her husband, three children and their beloved dog. She loves to travel and when driving around the city you will find her radio playing 90's country music!!! Anita is also very passionate about health and wellness and you can often find her in the kitchen cooking up a new recipe, or in the gym working toward her next fitness challenge!!
