Cynthia has been a resident of Houston for over 20 years residing in the Piney Point/Memorial area. She has an excellent knowledge of all areas of the city and can work and list any property in the Houston and surrounding areas.

In addition to being an expert in all areas of selling or listing a property, she also has design skills that helps her work with client's needs as they relate to color and patterns of a home. Her college degree in Interior Design/Architecture from Texas State University gives her a unique perspective in staging a home for sale, but also in the prediction of cost and necessary remedial work that should be done in order to sell a home.

I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts from Texas State University- San Marcos in 2005 and although I absolutely love art & design, I love Real Estate more & have been involved in Real Estate in one form or another since 2006.
