Polina graduated with a B.S in pre-med Biology after moving to the US at the age of 16. She continued her education and earned a master's degree in business, MBA. She was born in Europe and is a world traveler but she often jokes that she got to Texas as fast as she possibly could. It is the people and southern hospitality that she appreciates the most about living in the Lone Star State. Polina is very familiar with all of Greater Houston and the surrounding areas including Cypress, Katy, Bellaire, Downtown, Midtown, Pearland, Kingwood, Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Clear Lake and will be honored to help her clients with their real estate needs.

Jackson Routt moved to the Memorial area of Houston at an early age. He attended Spring Branch ISD schools, including Bunker Hill Elementary, Frostwood, Memorial Middle School and graduated from Memorial High School. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and University of Houston Clear Lake. His career in Project Management of large industrial projects has taken him all over North America. Detailed knowledge of corporate contracts, contractors, business and especially people skills has prepared him to be successful in the world of real estate.In the years in the Oil and Gas Industry, Jackson and his Realtor wife, Christine, have bought and sold 14 properties. He has a comprehensive understanding of moves and supports buyers and sellers with that knowledge. The son of a Memorial Area realtor, Jackson, has expert knowledge of the area and the latest trends. He experienced hurricanes Carla, Ike and Harvey in the Memorial area and can address any buyer concerns.Working with and supporting his wife Christine Routt, see Bio, in real estate is now his passion.
