Having sales experience in his time working door-to-door, meeting new people on a daily basis, and communicating efficiently with them to reach a common goal, is nothing new for him. Incorporating persistence into making sure his clients are more than satisfied, Mahir prides himself on being able to remove the home buying/selling worries that are commonly present at the beginning of the process.
Aside from working as a Realtor, Mahir is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at the University of Houston. In his free time, he can normally be found spending time with his friends, educating himself, and staying active. Originally from The Woodlands, Realtor associate Mindy Voyles moved to Houston in 2000, with her husband Adam and their children. They landed in Briargrove (which they loved) and later moved to the Memorial Villages where they put down roots. Though she was busy raising three kids and volunteering at schools, she also started doing accounting work for small businesses. "I have always been very detailed oriented and budget conscious. I have a business degree from SMU with a minor in Mathematics, so doing accounting work for small businesses has been a good fit for me," says Mindy. Working with business owners to help them stay organized, on budget and on track with their financial goals gives Mindy a unique perspective and appreciation of clients' budgetary needs. Mindy's interest in real estate has evolved over the years through her experiences of buying and selling homes of her own, remodeling, and building new. With my accounting background, attention to detail and competitive drive, my clients will benefit whether they are looking to sell their home or finding their dream home - or both!"
