Sales associate Melissa Braniff learned early in her real estate career that communication was the foundation of strong relationships and successful transactions. Having fine tuned her communications skills as an advertising executive for 13 years, Melissa set her sights on a career in real estate, where she could meet new people and bring them together so goals and dreams are shared. Melissa Braniff specializes in residential real estate services and serves the needs of buyers and sellers in Harris County. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. A resident of Bunker Hill Village, Melissa can be found participating in various fund raising charities throughout the community and through the activities of her children. She's an award winning high end jewelry designer and when not working she loves playing tennis.

Katelyn Pham is an ambitious and hardworking professional who has proven on multiple occasions how much time and energy she dedicated to her work and to her clients. A long-time resident in Houston, TX growing up speaking both fluent and conversational in English and Vietnamese language, she is able to communicate effectively with those in which she surrounds herself with. She successfully graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. After graduation, she quickly found work for private company and volunteered for non-profit organizations for many years. Prior to joining the team at 5th Stream Realty, she has been in the real estate business serving clients in residential and commercial sales for several years. For the duration of this time, she maintained an efficient and effective work ethic that proved to be an essential accomplishment for her clients' real estate business needs.

As Marketing Director for Bernstein Realty, Lindsay Adler manages the marketing, advertising, and public relations efforts of the company. She is also responsible for the coordination and ution of corporate events. In this position, Lindsay is able to apply her creative, technological, and organizational skill sets at Bernstein Realty.

In addition to Lindsay’s responsibilities in the Marketing Department, she works with Amy Bernstein and Gloria Moorman as part of their real estate sales team. Lindsay is active in the listing side of their business, which includes the photography and marketing of the home for sale.

Lindsay continues to provide real estate services to her clients, including sales, leasing, and buyer and seller representation. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Outside of Bernstein Realty, Lindsay is involved with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, which supports youth and education in Texas. She has served on the Gatekeepers committee since 2006.

Lindsay is a native Houstonian, grown up in the Bellaire and West University areas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies, with a concentration in Corporate Communication.
